A Swede grown up in Paris, Magnus acquired a taste for foods and travels. He has a 5* background as restaurateur, Food & Beverage Director, Operations Manager and General Manager in Stockholm, Nice, Connecticut, Monaco, Beirut, Algeria and the British Virgin Islands.Time to settle down, Magnus joined our ‘House’ with an open spirit to cultural diversity, training, attention to details and a passion for Guest care.

Born in the Philippines and raised in the Middle East, Jam’s cross-cultural upbringing fashioned her passion for hospitality. A major in Economics brought her focus to Sales & Marketing, and so the match was made. Jam knows how to be very hands on and her social skills are an asset which Guests, colleagues and friends alike enjoy. Having lived and worked in Siem Reap for years, Jam is a well of information! |

Originating from southwestern France, Baptiste started his career in Biarritz and made his way up through upscale properties. He spent two years in a Relais & Châteaux with a 3 Michelin stars restaurant before joining Heritage in 2009. Fascinated by the Khmer culture, he brings the vitality of youth and a passion for Gastronomy. One of Baptiste’s strengths is his continuous and intensive training and coaching program, aiming to achieve and maintain the highest quality and friendliest service. |
